Neosho Gardens is not your ordinary plant farm. We mass over 16 acres of high-tech growing facilities, with various houses that are able to provide different growing environments. Experiencing a spring season at our facility is unlike any other job, it’s an introduction into a whole new world of plants!
Hiring typically begins from the beginning of the year – March and the season’s work is completed by July 1 of the same year. Employees assist in mass-producing plants from seed to ship. Being involved in different operations throughout the season provides a stimulating work atmosphere during the employment period.
