Neosho Gardens is not your ordinary plant farm. We mass over 16 acres of high-tech growing facilities, with various houses that are able to provide different growing environments. Being able to control light density, humidity and temperature in different growing zones allows us to grow hundreds of varieties of plants in thousands of different colors. High-tech watering systems take a lot of the intensive labor out of the process so we can focus on raising the highest quality plant material available. Experiencing a spring season at our facility is unlike any other job, it’s an introduction into a whole new world of plants!
Hiring typically begins from the beginning of the year – March and the season’s work is completed by July 1 of the same year. Employees get a chance to see the process of mass-producing plants from seed to ship. Being involved in different operations throughout the season provides a stimulating work atmosphere during the employment period.
